Description: The Learning Stack will provide enabling IT to support the Naval Education and Training Command’s (NETC) Navy Training Process (NTP), as well as the Navy’s Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative to deliver Sailor training at the right time utilizing modern technologies. This means training will be provided to Sailors on the waterfront, flight line, and available afloat, in addition to standard Navy classrooms.
