Jaison Morgan
Vice President, Carrot Division
Jaison Morgan is the Vice President, Carrot Division at ATI. Carrot was acquired by ATI in March 2025. As the Founder, Mr. Morgan continues to oversee daily operation and the strategic direction of Carrot. He is a member of the ATI Executive Leadership Team and works closely with ATI’s COO to manage the integration of Carrot as a commercial entity.
Carrot delivers procurement services to a wide range of government, philanthropic, and corporate clients through the use of prizes/challenges. Requests for Proposals (RFPs), crowdsourcing contests, and other solicitations. Learn more at www.carrot.net
Mr. Morgan completed his master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College. In 2007, he established a lab at MIT to study the use of incentive systems and continues to lecture and speak publicly on the topic of incentive engineering.
