Nadia Garcia
Director of Learning & Professional Development
Ms. Garcia Bornfleth is the Director of Learning & Professional Development at ATI. In her role, she oversees ATI’s leadership and professional development, knowledge management, learning technology and systems, and new employee onboarding. She is responsible for providing learning solutions that enable organizational goals and drive workplace performance. Ms. Garcia Bornfleth plays a key role in ensuring ATI has a robust talent pipeline.
In addition, she serves as the mentor for ATI’s Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Advancement (IDEA) Council. The Council’s mission is to ensure each person on the ATI Team feels a sense of belonging and has the ability to influence change.
Prior to joining ATI Ms. Garcia Bornfleth led the learning and development functions for Creative Lodging Solutions (CLS), Thomas & King, and Cold Stone Creamery.
Ms. Garcia Bornfleth has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in Business Management and Marketing. She is a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and is also a Riley Institute Diversity Fellow.
