ATI named ‘Best Place to Work’ in SC for sixth consecutive year
Advanced Technology International (ATI) is proud to have been named as one of the “Best Places to Work” in South Carolina for the sixth consecutive year. SC Biz News, in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group, releases the annual list to recognize the best employers in the state. Seventy-four companies made the 2022 list, including perennial awardee ATI. In the large employer category for businesses with more than 250 employees, ATI ranked 16th.
A two-part evaluation process is used to determine the Best Places to Work. The first part examines companies’ workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second part measures the employee experience through a robust survey. Scores are combined to determine the top companies and final ranking.
