RISE: Accelerating energy and infrastructure modernization
ATI established the Resilient Infrastructure + Secure Energy (RISE) Consortium™ based on a recognized need to address climate and energy security crises. ATI assumed a leadership position and partnered with industry expert Converge Strategies, LLC to establish RISE and to help align industry and stakeholder efforts to accelerate energy and infrastructure modernization.
The mission of the RISE is to address the energy security and climate crises by reimagining how we use, generate, transport, and store energy and how we build efficient, modern, resilient infrastructure. The core principles of the mission statement immediately resonated with government, industry, and academia officials. Since the public launch in March 2021, RISE approved more than 370 organizations as members.
While engagements with potential government sponsors continue, RISE has established itself as a powerful forum of innovators, exchanging ideas to tackle the myriad climate and energy security challenges. Monthly webinars featuring collections of experts from media, White House staff members, industry associations, and more have contributed to the growth of RISE.
