ATI is the consortium management firm for the National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP). This industry-led, Navy-sponsored collaboration of leading U.S. shipyards was ATI’s first Other Transaction Authority (OTA)-based consortium. Guided by a consensus Strategic Investment Plan, NSRP continues to develop new shipbuilding and repair technologies to reduce the total ownership costs of U.S. Navy ships.
