ATI is the consortium management firm for the industry-led National Armaments Consortium (NAC) and single point contractor for the DoD Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC). The early success of the NAC/DOTC enterprise led to the model proliferating across DoD and resulted in ATI having the privilege to ultimately serve as consortia manager for 14 OTA-based collaborations today.
