Veterans Work Here

A significant portion of ATI’s workforce, including its leadership team, is made up of veterans from various military branches. Exemplified by repeat platinum medallions awarded by the U.S. Department of Labor’s HIRE Vets program from 2019 through 2022, ATI is committed to recruiting, employing, and retaining our nation’s heroes. We are also proud to be a Department of Defense SkillBridge industry partner that helps support service members in their transitions from active duty to the civilian workforce. Service members interested in placement at ATI from the DoD SkillBridge program are encouraged to email [email protected]. Additionally, ATI is an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves (ESGR), recognizing and supporting any employee’s military commitment.

Challenging, Meaningful Work

ATI goes the distance to provide our associates with great benefits, competitive compensation and a healthy working environment.

We offer an exceptional culture of lifelong relationships, where purpose-driven work makes a difference in our world. We are dedicated to helping all associates achieve their highest potential. The balance between approachable and hard-working, know-how and fun; these attributes are reflected in each and every person representing ATI.

We are achievers with diverse personalities, and we stand for each other and for delivering excellent service to our customers. That is what keeps us ahead of the competition. Building relationships to create a meaningful culture is what makes our organization unique.

Finding Your “Why”

Whether you’re looking to advance your career or carve a new path, we’re always searching for superior talent. At ATI, we encourage everyone to find their “why” for working here. This is called “my ATI,” because you’ll soon find what you really gravitate towards. Maybe it’s the camaraderie. Maybe it’s working alongside fellow veterans or budding young leaders. Maybe it’s the work of our programs.

No matter what it is, your “my ATI” will be about more than just great benefits. When you work at ATI, you become a part of something larger than yourself. Our collective work – no matter what department or division you work in – ultimately enables the warfighter, saves lives, and diversifies the industrial base. Rest assured, you’re making a difference.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Inclusivity Diversity Equity Advancement (IDEA) Council Logo

ATI is committed to creating a working environment in which each person feels a sense of belonging and has the ability to influence change. In support of this goal, the company created the employee-led IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, Advancement) Council.

The IDEA Council’s mission is to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion management through dialogue, guidance, and opportunities that encourage respect for all employees and strengthen ATI’s competitive advantage.

The IDEA Council has four guiding principles:

INCLUSIVITY

Inclusivity

We don’t just expect differences—we celebrate, we support, and we thrive on them for the benefit of our employees, our customers, and our community.

DIVERSITY

Diversity

We recognize that diversity is one of our superpowers and that it strengthens both our organization and the individuals within it.

EQUITY

Equity

We ensure each employee has the appropriate resources and support needed to succeed as their authentic selves, because we know our people are the heart of our business.

ADVANCEMENT

Advancement

We understand that inclusivity, diversity, and equity cannot be separate principles but that they must go hand-in-hand as the foundation that all of ATI stands on.

Our EEO Policy

ATI is an equal opportunity employer of minorities, females, protected veterans, and individuals with disabilities. We recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote without regard to race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

ATI complies with the Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision mandated by Executive Order 13665.

We Know Benefits are Important

Employee Wellbeing Focus

ATI’s robust wellness program is available to all employees (both full and part-time & interns). Our wellness program includes on-site events (during times we are working in the office), e-learning series, various company-wide challenges, and the opportunity to earn cash-valued rewards. Additionally, we offer a gym reimbursement of up to $30/month to pay for membership fees, walking trails surrounding our building, and facility showers available for those who want to work out during their lunch or before work. We also offer a flex-time, flex-place schedule to help employees with work/life balance. Additionally, we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that provides information for local resources, free mental health support, and a variety of other free features.

Time Away

We offer a competitive Paid Time Off (PTO), that includes hours available upon hire, as well as accruals throughout the year. We also have 14 paid holidays each year, which includes being closed for business a week leading up to, and including New Year’s Day.

Employee-Directed Community Impact

ATI understands how important it is to give back to the community around us. ATI offers paid volunteer leave each year for employees to volunteer at organizations that they’re passionate about. ATI also has fundraisers and volunteering events each year to support a variety of different causes. In addition, during the COVID-19 pandemic, ATI has donated the funds that would be used for purchasing food at ATI events. These donations went to employee-identified non-profit organizations that were impacted by the pandemic or were providing pandemic-related relief. To date, ATI has donated more than $70,000 (and counting) to Lowcountry non-profits.
