CORAS, an enterprise decision management software company in Tysons, Virginia, has won a prototype project agreement under the other transaction authority with the U.S. Navy’s Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic for the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP). The combined efforts of the IWRP team, Advanced Technology International, the manager of the IWRP consortium, and CORAS staff were critical in the speed of awarding the PPA.
