ATI is thrilled to announce that we have been named among the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for the seventh consecutive year! SC Biz News, in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group, releases the annual list to recognize the best employers in the state. In total, 111 companies were ranked among small, medium, and large size companies. Forty-two companies across the state won the award in the large employer category – with 250 or more U.S. employees. ATI ranked 22nd in the large employer category. This year also marks ATI’s 25th anniversary, an important milestone in the company’s history. Both the 25-year anniversary and the Best Places to Work in South Carolina recognition affirm ATI’s commitment to our country, our customers, and each other.
A two-part evaluation process is used to determine the Best Places to Work. The first part examines companies’ workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part measures the employee experience through a robust survey comprised of 77 statements, two open-ended questions and seven demographic questions. Scores are combined to determine the top companies and final ranking. We are proud to have been designated a best place to work in South Carolina for so many years, and are especially proud that part of the evaluation process is based on feedback directly from our team.
